Join HealthHIV’s Webinar on Aging with HIV
On Friday, November 15, 2024, at 12:00 PM Eastern, HealthHIV will host a webinar on the State of Aging with HIV in the United States. The event will unveil key insights from HealthHIV’s Fourth Annual State of Aging with HIV™ National Survey, which aims to identify care gaps and improve services through enhanced education and communication.
Expert faculty from the Administration for Community Living, the Office of Infectious Disease and HIV/AIDS Policy, and community organizations will address:
Challenges and needs of individuals aging with HIV and the healthcare workforce;
Opportunities for collaboration to improve care and support and
Critical factors impacting HIV and aging services for both current and future needs.
The session will also explore the role of Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) and community partnerships in expanding education and empowering individuals. A roundtable Q&A will follow the presentations, inviting further discussion.
